This is when work needs to be performed at the site of the business or residence. Time accrued after the first hour is rounded up by 15-minute intervals. |

This includes support over the telephone or remotely over the Internet. If a call only takes about 5 minutes, then there won’t be any charge for that session. However, if the call exceeds 5 minutes, then time will be charged by 15-minute intervals. |
