Customers who select the promotional rental offers, who subsequently remove the rental modem before the end of the promotional period are assessed a Restocking Fee (RF) of $25 and must pay the Unbilled Modem Charges (UMC).

There is a activation fee charged by Qwest of $99.00. ( Currently being waved ) which is charged on your Qwest phone bill.

Early termination fee of $75.00 for 3-7M service.
